Despite the fact that he was inundated with work due to the hot real estate market in CT, Tim turned our mortgage application, pre-approval, and loan around in under 30 days. Tim was super helpful for us in completing our home purchase. As a buyer in a FSBO situation and new to the area, Tim connected us with a great lawyer and inspector and walked us through the whole underwriting process. He got a us a great rate and financing came through on time, allowing us to close as planned. Tim spent time with us on the phone and was highly responsive to our questions 24/7.
