Tim was super helpful from the start, which was me basically calling him and having him teach me everything about the process. Tim went over the options with my multiple times - 15 vs 30 yr, non-jumbo vs jumbo etc. so I could make an informed decision. Tim's responsiveness was above and beyond. If there were more than 5 stars, I would give it to Tim! As a first-time homebuyer, I needed a lot of handholding and education throughout the purchasing process.
