I liked Tim because he had flexibility in loan products. My refi required a conventional loan, only. It was a condo. All in all, I would recommend Tim to friends and family.

Tim is extremely knowledgeable and responds to emails and texts within minutes. He provided a great rate (which other providers can do) but also the team was very professional. An added bonus is that other service providers he recommended (ie: homeowners insurance) were great referrals.

Tim is great to work with. He completed two new mortgages for us in the past year--one new purchase and one refinance after rates dropped further. Both he and his team are super responsive throughout the process. The Guaranteed Rate app is also easy to use and makes the closing process simple.
