Working with Tim was an absolute pleasure. I sent an email, merely inquire if a refinance was right for us, and just shy of a month later we were closed. The process couldn't have been easier. Tim was expertly able to explain everything in such a way where a layman like myself could confidently get on board. His team was on top of everything, and whenever I had questions they were answered promptly. Truly grateful for the experience.

Working with Tim Martin was a real pleasure. We have contacted Tim at the recommendation of our Real Estate broker four weeks before the closing date, with understanding that obtaining a loan on such a short notice might be problematic. After the initial contact, Tim assured us that we would get the loan on time, and we did, exactly on a projected date. Throughout the application process he was involved, available for advice, efficient and professional. We would definitely recommend Tim to other home buyers.

Tim and his team were so helpful to us when we purchased our first home in Fairfield, CT in January 2021. Was very pleasant to work with Tim & being a 1st time home buyer he certainly made the process easier. I had a lot of questions all of which he gladly answered. I also remember him taking his time to walk me over the process and what I was to expect.
