Working with Tim Martin was a real pleasure. We have contacted Tim at the recommendation of our Real Estate broker four weeks before the closing date, with understanding that obtaining a loan on such a short notice might be problematic. After the initial contact, Tim assured us that we would get the loan on time, and we did, exactly on a projected date.
