Tim was an enormous help during my re-finance. It was clear from the start that he was extremely knowledgeable, and as I went through the process his expertise was invaluable. He was very prompt in responding to any questions I had, he returned emails and phone calls quicker than I anticipated. I always felt like it was important to Tim that I was happy and understood what was going on. He worked within my time constraints and was able to get the loan closed very quickly at my request.
