As a first time home buyer, Tim was incredibly helpful by walking us through all of the details and steps of securing a mortgage. His experience and knowledge of the industry was apparent on our first phone call with him. Tim made the home buying process - from start to finish - a little easier. In this difficult market, Tim supported our buying efforts from offer-to-offer (and there were many, many offers). He sent pre-qual letter after pre-qual letter until we had an accepted offer. From there, he made the steps from accepted offer to mortgage approval easy and understandable. Tim did my original loan and I used him again for a refinance. He spent a lot of time with me, giving me support and answering all my questions. He was very honest throughout the whole process and made it very easy to do. He followed up quickly whenever I needed an answer. He and his team were so professional and informed and made the whole process very easy. I would absolutely recommend him to family and friends. He did a great job.

Tim was super helpful from the start, which was me basically calling him and having him teach me everything about the process. Tim went over the options with my multiple times - 15 vs 30 yr, non-jumbo vs jumbo etc. so I could make an informed decision. Tim's responsiveness was above and beyond. If there were more than 5 stars, I would give it to Tim! As a first-time homebuyer, I needed a lot of handholding and education throughout the purchasing process.
