My husband and I were very interested in termination of our timeshare with WorldMark. We paid thousands of dollars to ***************** Time Share Exit Team. This company is a fraud!!!…they take your money and will not contact you again!!..18 month garantee is a joke!!..it’s been 4 years no money back and we still have our Timeshare…The original guys that sold us his pitch is nowhere to be found they have pawned us off on several different so called law firms…all of which are no help and say we can’t get our money back which was $6,000 for nothing…we were robbed and taken advantage of!!!…this company should not be allowed to do this to innocent people…just received an email telli... read more

Horrible Customer Service...I have been a client with TimeShare Exit Team since 2018, paid all of required fees AND my monthly mortgage fees and it wasn't until the pandemic before I was able to get to talk to anyone. After 37 months I have told them I want my refund per their 100% guarantee if they can't get you out, 4 months have passed and I get the same run around, "Customer Service still needs to review your account". We have a similar story as other responses - signed up with TET in November 2018 to release my parents of a property they can no longer travel to. Paid $3,392 for an 18 month resolution. Well, almost three years later - nothing from TET. Our claim has been with TET, several attorneys at Ardent Law/Granite Spires Law groups and Resale Vacations. At this point, I want my payment back! June 17, 2021. I am finally out of my Timeshare situation with no assistance from Time Share Exit Team. I signed an agreement 3.5 years ago. I did everything that was requested of me and shared all information as it came from the Timeshare over the years. In Sept. 2020 I was told that I would be taken to court if I didn’t pay back fees. We are extremely disappointed in the service we have received from ReedHein and Associates TimeShare exit team. Since sending payment ($18,309) we have had to initiate all conversation and contact with ReedHine and Associates. Even that has not been without incident requiring multiple calls and weeks to get any response. Frankly, I find it hard to believe that Dave Ramsey endorses an organization that appears to be little more than another scamming organization to steal dollars from folks that own a timeshare. I drank the ******* and signed up for a free weekend and if I attended the tour, I would receive a $200 ********* card. When I made the reservations, I was promised an ocean front. When I arrived, I was given a room in the corner of the building that had 2 windows, both looking out onto walls. The room was a dungeon. I contracted with Timeshare Exit Team a year ago. I paid $4,797 with the promise of getting me released from my time share. If they reached a deadlock, they then turn your file over to an attorney (at their cost). The attorney was very kind and helpful but I learned January 1st that he was unsuccessful. He said there was nothing more he could do and that I should reconnect with Timeshare Exit Team for my promised refund.
