Before Reed & Finn I had spent countless dollars on scams saying they could get me out of my timeshare. The only reason I went with them is because of ***** ******. I figured I had someone credible to complain to if something went wrong...It didn't

Timeshare exit thing was the best investment I’ve ever made. After over 10 years paying off our timeshare and maintenance fees, we were finally debt free. For years we tried to sell our timeshare in order to get out of it, but we’re unsuccessful. We even tried to donate it away, but no takers. Thanks to timeshare exit team, they were able to get us out of our timeshare, after just a few months. I definitely recommend this, for everyone trying to get out of their timeshare.

Exiting a timeshare is an ugly process (and not cheap), but we were pleased with the process. They promised to get us out and they did. What else is there to say?

Thanks to the Exit Team - we're out! ONLY wish: that we could have recouped the HUGE amount of money the resort charged us ("to consolidate your timeshare and streamline your ownership"): We tried for months to contact them RIGHT AFTER we realized they "got us" --- and they we're "not available" .. No one returned our calls, and we felt that they were illegal in this action. We paid almost $15k (we believe was an illegal activity).....!

Timeshare got us the final result we wanted. It took quite a long time, over a year. They also asked us for more money a couple times but reminded them that our agreement said that the upfront fee took care of everything. I found that our rep sometimes was not informed of our circumstance but I don't know how many files they handle. All in all they gave us what we wanted so therefore the rating I gave them.

They got us out......eventually! The end result was what was promised and we exited the timeshare. The communication throughout the process was poor and confusing. We got lost multiple times throughout the process. We had to ask repeatedly for clarity and information BUT at the end of the 3yr journey, we are out.
