Wife and I had a meeting with EXIT team in 2014 to sell/give back, etc. After over $3000.00 to start the process which sounded to good to be true ,the nightmare began. Dozens of calls to them, each time someone new. The only real service I have gotten is to continue to pay maintenance fees on my timeshare which I haven't used since 2014 since they had told me not to contact timeshare, deal only with them. I have paid late charges to collection agency since I was told to do nothing. It is now September 2019 and I still own ti... read more

We signed up with the Timeshare Exit team on 22 Oct 2016, at that time we paid $4201.05 Cdn funds. One of the reasons we signed up was because of the brochure we received, which announced that they were "Proudly Canadian" and that they had local offices, which included a Calgary office, plus the 100% money back guarantee. We read the contract carefully, signed the document and gave them our money. We were told and understood that this process can take from 9-18 months. Over the course of the next 32 months, the only communic... read more

W signed a contract with Timeshare Exit Team over 3 years ago rto get us out of our Mexican timeshare. We paid our $4000 and complied diligently and on time with all their document requests. Our time share fees were all paid in full and we owned our timeshare free of all loans. They said it could take up to 18 months to get out. We are over 3 years. The Timeshare recently demanded another 2 years of fees( about $3000 cnd.) even though we have not been able to use the time share since signing our contract. This is due to Time... read more

We contracted with Timeshare Exit Team in November 2016. We had two timehares. One was handled within the timeframe. Second one is still waiting to be done. Every time I contact Reed Heim all I get is we are working on it--I will contact the attorney for an update. The last email received from them said "contact us back in 6-8 months. We were told in the beginning everything would be done within 9-18 months. So much for that. We went with this company because Dave Ramsey endorsed it. I wonder if he knows what is going on her... read more

I started with Timeshare exit Team in Feb of 2018. The problem I had was we did not hear from them for six months. Come to find out we did not receive all the forms from ReedHein. After getting the rest of the forms submitted we followed up 6 months later. We had ask for an update every month. That never happened. We started calling every 4 to 6 weeks for updates. Finally they said it was in the final stage that they were just waiting for Bluegreen to sign off and submit to the title company. 6 weeks pass another call for an... read more

The Time Share Exit Team has not provided the service we paid for in the time frame they promised. We asked for a refund and were because they told us the exit was "in process". It has been in process for 2 years and we have not heard from them since February when we called them. DO NOT HIRE THEM TO GET RID OF YOUR TIMESHARE!

I went under contract with them back of May of 2019. Never received an updated phone call like they said they would make. Only time i ever heard from them was one month because they were not able to withdraw a payment from us. I have called, and emailed multiple times over the past year, finally I decided to just settle myself since no one from their team was responding. Luckily, I was able to exit my timeshare in October of 2019. That being said they continue to ignore my phone calls, and emails go unanswered in regards of ... read more

Ive been waiting 3 years and 9 months for action on my promised timeshare exit. I have nearly 100 emails promising the exit is almost complete. Ive filled out dozens upon dozens of forms, sometimes the same forms are requested numerous times. The only positive is i now have a written promise stating they will pay all future maintenance fees. Without that promise, or if they fail to honor it, i will be demanding a full refund and will likely take legal action against Timeshare Exit Team.
