I'm beginning to believe I made a mistake hiring TET to get me out of my two time shares and paying $8000.00. In the past 18 months, TET has contacted me once with an update on my timeshares. I have attempted to contact them by email and request an update, however, they refuse to respond. This company is not worthy of a one star rating. Worst company to do business with. I have requested a refund of the funds that we paid since they nor the Law firm they hired did anything to get us out of the timeshare. We did it all on our own with the help of a hired private attorney and while we no longer have the burden of dealing with a timeshare we have the burden of trying to get a company to uphold their agreement of 100% money back guaranteed. Reed Hein does honor what they said in their marketing. They do not guarantee a 100% refund if they do not get you out of your timeshare in 12 to 18 months. It's been over a year and I'm still mine and I don't have any mortgage debt. They told me that the transfer agency my case was assigned to is in a business relationship dispute with them but they believe it will resolve soon. I asked for a refund and they have not responded. Timeshare Exit Team (ReedHein) has been terrible to do business with. In good faith, we signed up back in 2015. Over four years later, we've gotten nothing but excuses from them. Their customer service is horrible. When you manage to get through to them, they say they will get back to you and very seldom do. Every year, we continue to pay the use fee for the time share and have never come close to an exit. They keep wanting to extend the time it will take to exit us. I signed and paid nearly $4000 to ReedHein/Timeshare Exit Team back in the summer of 2015 believing they would help me get out of my contract. I had no mortgage on the timeshare and all maintenance fees were up to date. I was instructed by them at the time to not pay any future fees as this will help make the process go faster. It didn't. And every time I called or emailed, I got the same answer. This is the worst business transaction we've ever encountered. We (wife & I) made agreement w/ the TIME SHARE EXIT TEAM in Mar. 2019.........the TIME SHARE EXIT TEAM is a waste of good money.......My timeshare resort refuses to work with third parties like TET.......For the pass year we've asked for our money back ($3607) and TET have refused. Pass on to all......DO NOT TRUST THE TIME SHARE EXIT TEAM........You would be wasting your money................In fact the entire timeshare industry is nothing but a fraud and scam...... read more

Reed-hein's name is on the bottom of all the spam about timeshare exit team. they dont offer legit marketing...…… they buy illegal e-mail lists and fill your in box with info you dont want. everyone hates spam...… never do business with any company that uses spammers to annoy people

They did not keep us informed, they transferred our file 4 times to different legal teams and promised a refund if they could get an exit from timeshare. They said typical timeframe to exit was 9-18 months. It has been 3 years now and they have given misinformation and conflicting information and refuse to honor their guarantee. We feel they have exhausted all avenues as they stated the timeshare offers no settlement options yet they will not give us a refund. Timeshare Exit Team was very helpful in canceling our Timeshares. Our two timeshares were in Mexico so it may have taken longer than usual and a bit more frustrating dealing with the resorts. We are so relieved that they’re canceled. It’s like a load is off our backs. We were always paying maintenance fees and locked into a vacation resort that every year was getting worse. Thank you Timeshare exit Team and our kids thank you too!??
