I am still very FRUSTRATED & UNHAPPY with TIMESHARE EXIT TEAM!! This is my second update and I had to give it one star because it I don't I cant' leave a review! We are very frustrated with total lack of communications from anyone on the team!! I have posted my unhappy review of Timeshare Exit Team before, 8/23/18. We are so thankful we found Timeshare Exit Team when we were trying to find a way to exit our Timeshare. What started out as sounding like a great way to spend vacation time turned into a time of stress as we were held for hours at a time hearing all their sales pitches and promises of great vacations which actually were just not true. In less time than we even imagined Timeshare Exit Team had us out of our Timeshare.

The team was EXCELLENT. They were very understanding and worked with me although some of my paperwork had been misplaced. I have been very disappointed by ******* *******. They have made their prime properties available to the public, which blocks timeshare owners. Owners end up paying maintenance on properties that other people use. It may be LEGAL but it is definitely not ETHICAL.3

I can't give the Timeshare Exit Team enough stars for what they did for us. Our case was settled about 3 years ago and it took them less than a year to rid us of not one, but two timeshares whose monthly fees were going out of control. When we met with Reed Hein at an office near where we live in North San Diego County, we were given the information of the process that they go through. The Timeshare Exit Team did a wonderful job with getting me out of my timeshare contract. My week had been fully paid off for over twenty years. The owners would not even allow me to just give it back to them at no cost to them. Buying a timeshare was a costly mistake for me.

In my opinion Timeshare Exit Team is the only company that you should trust if you want to exit your timeshare. It is important to understand that there is a significant cost involved in order for Timeshare Exit Team to legally divest you from your timeshare ownership. They charge a fee for their services which you can payoff in installments and there is also the cost of paying off past due maintenance fees owed to your timeshare company. Our time exit team did a great job getting us out of our timeshare. We paid $12,00.00 after a more than 4 hour sales job and we had almost no chance because of the small number of points we had and could seldom get a reservation. The maintenance costs were exorbitant and even though it cost us to get out it was well worth it and wish we had never signed up. We will never buy a timeshare again and never suggest than anyone else should buy one.

EXIT TEAM DID A GREAT JOB BETTER THAN I EXPECTED I AM PLEASED AT THE WAY MY EXIT WAS HANDLED ONCE I TURNED IT OVER TO EXIT TEAM THE NAGGING CALLS STOPPED AND THE ANNOYING LETTERS STOPPED COMING IN THE MAIL GIVING ME A PEACE OF MIND KNOWING THAT I HAD PROFESSIONALS WORKING ON MY BEHALF TO END THIS NIGHTMARE TIMESHARE, THANK YOU TIMESHARE EXIT TEAM FOR A JOB WELL DONE.

The weight was lifted off my shoulders when I was released of my timeshare; however, I constantly had to keep in touch with the team to see how my case was going. If I didn’t call the first time, I wouldn’t have know that there was paperwork missing. I called each month after that until I finally received notice that the responsibility was transferred.
