I'm really sorry to see some of the reviews posted here. We signed up with TET and was told that it would probably take 6-8 months for us to get results. We got results and completely out of our time share in 4 MONTHS. Couldn't be happier.

Reed Hein Timeshare Exit Company successfully helped us to exit our Mexican timeshare several years ago. We had tried to work with the Mexican company and they refused. Fortunately we heard of Reed Hein and found them to be professional, efficient and in due time we received notice that the exit was successful. Yes, we did have to pay, but being released from the timeshare was worth it!!!!!!! We do recommend them. Sally T.

My wife and I succumbed to a timeshare purchase several years ago while in Mazatlan. It was a high pressure sales and the resort was very nice. We never used the timeshare as we had a second. A multi-faceted problem emerged, some of which we failed to realize during the clever pitch. We'd put part of the payment on a RCI credit card. DO NOT USE THE SERVICE Timeshare Exit Team - Reedhein & Associates Fraud - Still paying for the timeshare 2 years later It cost me $5,000+ and no results Why are they being allowed to take other people hard earned money Just like the timeshare company (******** *******) They are fraudulent DO NOT USE THE SERVICE

Almost three years ago I heard **** ****** give a glowing commercial for this company.. They extracted over $5500 from me promising results. Just tonight I saw one of their commercials on TV. They only acknowledge me when they get a complaint like this. Promise is to get back to me but they soon forget me again. I would be happy if they would just refund my money ****** * *******

Reid O. 12/31/2019 It has been 4 years since we made a mistake in hiring this outfit to get us out of our timeshare. Most of you other customers critical of their promises and have witnessed the ineptitude know the drill: $1800 payment to a Mom and Pop shop in the Ozarks to aid in getting out--(did not not fall for that one}; do not contact the resort or pay your annual fee --(I fell for that one) resulting in being threatened to be taken to court and costing hundreds of dollars in late fees-- and other bad advise including ... read more

I have had a bad experience with this Timeshare exit company. I was promised to get me released from my timeshare. That was in 2017. Only offer from Reid-Hein is to pay another 2000.00 for another company to try to sell my timeshare. What a waste of money. They told me that I can’t get my money back because they have provided me with an option. I am ashamed that I trusted this company.

Timeshare Exit Team is a terrible company who lie and mislead their clients. We have been lied to on multiple occasions and have received zero customer service. We started this process 9-2018 and our contract will be up on 3-4-2020 and have no faith they will actually transfer our timeshare as hired to do so. We will be requesting a full refund and will hire an attorney if necessary to get our money back! Consumer Be Where! Do Not Do Business with this company!
