We have been with Timeshare Exit team since 2015. I am highly disappointed with this company. They took our 4,000.00 with no contact, updates or information regarding our timeshare. It feels that I have been scammed. I have spoken to many representatives for this company and they promise to keep me in the loop about my timeshare, again no CONTACT.... I would like a refund for my payment. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE..... THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD.... HOW CAN I GET A REFUND!!!!

I signed up with Reedhein May 6, 2017 and paid $8,809.88. They have not gotten me out of my timeshare. I want my money back because of the 100% guarantee. On the document I signed it says approximately 9-18 months, it's been two yrs. They are telling me it takes a reasonable amount of time but can't tell me what that time frame is when it again states approximately 9-18 months. I want my money back!

This is a scam! After waiting for over 2 years to get out of a fully paid off timeshare, nothing happened no information from this company unless you call repeatedly. We got ourselves out of our timeshare back in September 2018 by dealing with timeshare company directly. Notified Reed-Hein said the needed proof, sent copy to certified deed of sale & requested refund based on their 100% exit guarantee. Timeshare Exit Team did a good job--delivered what they promised (exit from 2 timeshares, including one mortgage) in roughly the timeframe quoted (~18 months). By the end of this year I'll have saved enough in mortgage payments and maintenance fees to have paid for the cost of the service; and by the projected end of the mortgage (another 5 years), my additional savings will approach $50,000. It has definitely been a worthwhile investment!

They helped us to get out of the stupid, good for nothing timeshare. It took some time but after about 2 years we got the paperwork that the timeshare was gone! There are a lot of scam operations out there, this is not one of them. Yes, they do charge to get you out of the timeshare (lawyers). But in the end, it was a savings, as our credit is still good and we no longer have to pay those ridiculous maintenance fees.

Timeshare Exit was well worth it. At the time of buying into a timeshare "sign up" for that steak dinner coupon, or the free weekend. It's all a scam. Sitting for 45 minutes to an hour listening to their sales pitch is how I got roped in. The original timeshare company I signed up with went under and was sold to someone else, on and on. The sale of our timeshare occurred about six months after our initial payment in 2015. I forwarded all subsequent billings for bi-annual fees and threats for collection from the TImeshare to the Team. The exit arranged by the Team was successful, but it took about 15 months before we stopped getting invoices and threatening letters from the Timeshare. I don't know of another way in which we could have done this. For us, the cost was worth it, and ReedHein responded to our many emails.
