Interesting every single post is positive. I had a terrible experience with TLC so we'll see if this gets posted. Long story short, what my husband ended up fixing for $400 they wanted to charge $4000 to dig all the way to the street. They had already marked the ground and pavement BEFORE they even started digging! They were dishonest with us about the extent of our plumbing problem ( we got a 2nd opinion from Roto Rooter) and then didn't even bother to send a person to do an actual estimate...no phone call, no communication... read more

BEWARE! I used this company for almost 20 years. I installed stuff they told me I needed and spent thousands of dollars. Yesterday they came to do my seasonal changeover from heating to my evaporative air unit. They said the unit was so rusted it would leak and I had to get a new one. I complained that they should have known this in the Fall when they changed me over to heating after the summer. I had a slab leak and they charged me $2,500 to fix it. They said that work would not be guaranteed because of the age of the old pipes and recommended that I re-plumb the entire house for approx. $10,000. They said that if I decide to re-plumb they would give me credit for the recent money spent on the repair. 6 weeks after they fixed it started leaking again in the same area. Now they say no credit for the recent repairs, and the quote to re-plumb went up to $12,000. I've found another plumber that will do the re-plumb for... read more

On the Friday before Easter after 1 pm, my master toilet clogged up and even backed up into the shower. Then the other toilet would not flush either. Could not get it to clear at all. They could send someone, but it would have to be after hours since they were so booked. William showed up, after hours, cleared up the problem, and was pleasant and professional even though it was after 6 pm on the start of a holiday weekend. What a relief to get it all cleared up and before Easter.

TLC responded to repair my mother’s radiant heat boiler when it failed to heat after she ran out of propane gas. They completed almost five thousand dollars worth of repairs before deciding she needed a new boiler. This boiler was installed at a cost of $6,500.00. The new boiler failed exactly as the old boiler did. Then Levi responded and checked the propane valve and found it was barely on. Clearly both boilers were starved for gas. I wrote a letter to TLC requesting my mother be reimbursed for two-thirds of the total cost... read more
