My husband called TLC to have them do a furnace check before the weather required its use. TLC service man Travis M***** came to answer our request. Travis is an outstanding workman and a credit to TLC. He was informative, efficient and pleasant and finished his work in a timely manner.

Would rate at a ZERO if that were available! Nothing personal with the people I have been dealing with, I realize they are only doing their jobs. However, I was charged (without authorization) for a $2600+ job I "arranged" on behalf of one of my clients. No one called me to let me know they had not been able to get ahold of my client, they simply just used my credit card. In 2024 I had *** install a tankless water system/boiler, move washer dryer hookup- to the tune of 20k. When we had first big snowstorm in the fall-heat didnt work. Was told wait ***** hrs for a new system to kick in. Temps below freezing-as was I, thank goodness I had mobile radiant heaters. They sent one guy out from ******* who said everythings fine. Back in June, I had to have three sets of *** employees come to my home and get my swamp cooler turned on. After the second visit, my father, who is in his 60's, had to go up to the swamp cooler himself which is on the second floor roof and inspect it (because it spontaneously turned off). It turns out the employees didn't open the slits (I'm not 100% familiar with the jargon) on the panels for the water to circulate through the pads. We had new aspen pads installed on our swamp cooler this year. The straw that comes off the pads has clogged the central water feed to the pads. I'm too old to get on the roof to service it myself. I called TLC about the problem and they say that i will have to pay another service call fee plus a repair fee to fix it. Don't call TLC if you are a senior on a fixed income. I used to like TLC Heating and Plumbing in ***********, ** until I found out for the last several years, they have not even been doing basic service in changing out my AC to Heat and vice versa. Due to their negligence allowed a lot of rust to grow and cause more costly problems. The biggest beef I have with them is initially they had quoted a cost for 4 Breezair Cooler Pads for my Breeziar EVS 155 model AC of ****** for onsite service and ****** for the Cooler Pads and that they would honor a senior citizen discount. Replacement of parts that weren't needed at 10 times markup and didn't replace the parts that were needing to be replaced free of cost per the service agreement. TLC business practices are unethical. I've lost all trust un this company and I will not utilize them in the future.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen!They came in with a proposal - did half the work then tried to bill ** for twice the proposal rate. No clean up and they even managed to brake things along the way that are still broken!TLC is nothing short of a joke! You are better off ANYPLACE else!
