We have used TLC Plumbing in Santa Fe NM for a couple of years now in 2 different homes. Rick B, our go-to heating and cooling technician is as honest as they come and works well with us to resolve any problem we have experienced. He educates us on the systems we have inherited when we bought each home to better maintain those existing systems in order to get full life out of the mechanicals. Very happy with service we have gotten from TLC.

Jason saved our bacon! He quickly and efficiently solved our cast iron pipe rupture ,diving into our crawl space and replacing the damaged pipe in just a few hours. He was friendly ,patient and knowledgable .TLC should be glad they have such a great technician.

I received exceptional service from Rudy who came to my house to turn off my swamp cooler and turn on my furnace. He took extra time to make sure that the furnace was working really well and even went out of his way to install my new smoke alarm for me. He went above and beyond what I could have expected from the usual service and I appreciate his help very much.

We chose TLC Plumbing & Utility to replace our broken hot Water Heater and we were very satisfied with our choice. The cost was reasonable and the Service Technician, Travis M*****, did an outstanding job. He was prompt and arrived when he said he would. He was competent and did the job surprisingly fast. TLC, specifically Eric B, came to the house within an hour of calling. Our hot water tank was leaking from the top. He explained that when installed, a different company used parts with the improper metal, and as such it was extremely corroded inside. He replaced everything with the proper parts, showed me how to turn the water off at the tank instead of the street, and drained the tank.
