TLC Plumbing dispatched Brian R******* to diagnose an air conditioner problem I had. He was able to diagnose and repair the immediate problem as well as to discover another discrepancy which led to the failure of the failed part in the first place. He did a very professional job, and clearly explained what he did to resolve the issue. I am extremely satisfied with his work and professionalism on the job.

I can't say enough good things about Brian R*******. He was professional explained everything in detail that needed to be done to fix my cooler.
