Terence N***** provided excellent service. He is punctual, works efficiently, and explains what he is doing. He cleans up any mess he may have had to make. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing, cooling of heating problems.

Thanks to a terrific knowledgeable technician,Rudy, we got all 3 plumbing issues taken care of without my husband having to lift a wrench. Thank goodness!

Terrence has been here whenever we need him. He is very professional as he goes about his work and doesn't mind us hanging around watching him, asking questions. Of course he answers them all. He is always dressed clean. He's a super guy that treats us like we are part of his family.

Terrance has done a very professional job with a heating issue I had over this past weekend. He was proactive in keeping me informed of the possible issues and solutions and was proactive in getting approval to not charge me for one of the technician's work.
