NOPE- ****** just to show up at your door! ****** to your home and ****** back to shop- PLUS ***** one hour trip charge. Because they have to pay for gas- the same cost of doing business which they write off on their taxes on form schedule c - not lifting a finger - just to get in their truck and showing up. These guys are unreasonable. Heaven only knows what they charge in ******** for parts -

Im writing because we are extremely unsatisfied with the service we had done. We had service done on Tuesday and it was to do the air to heat switch over. It was done and it was said that it was running no issue but 3 hours later didnt work. Its been a year or so that a guy came to fix my dran in the kitchen. He fooled with the dishwasher and it is ok but why? We requested service to snake out a sewer line that we do every two years because small tree roots eventually block the sewer line (this year. We had to have a water placed replaced. I signed the estimate on June 12th. Eight days later , I emailed my contact to see if anything had been scheduled because I had not heard anything. She responded that it was scheduled for July 5th. That was the first problem. No one had contacted me to inform me, and if I had not reached out I would not have had any idea. TLC came out to install my new water heater. After they left, the expansion tank had a small leak and the earthquake strap was fastened through the drywall leaving it hanging by the screw.They didn't even schedule a city inspector to come out and review the work.I had to call another company to reinstall the water heater and it cost more to fix what TLC didn't do correctly.
I am a property owner and had an issue with the water heater at one of my properties. Unfortunately, the tenants called to get it repaired before they contacted me. The company they called was TLC Plumbing, TLC plumbing quoted and charged them $3,200 to replace a 30-gallon gas water heater on 10/23/22. The heater is located in the garage and is easily accessible for removal and replacement through the garage door.
