Roman M. came to my home in just a couple hours after my initial call to TLC. He called me in advance to let me know he was about half an hour away and then showed up on time. He clearly explained our options, running from not too expensive to holy s***, and the problem turned out to be not too serious. Rich snaked my main line on a Saturday night when my plumbing had started to back up and I had a dinner party going on. He got the job done quickly, gave me good information, and was also friendly and able to handle what could have been an awkward situation with professionalism and good humor. Many thanks!

Adam W. did a great job installing 2 LG mini-splits. He worked around roofers who took quite a bit longer than expected because of the rain and snow a few weeks ago. I would recommend TLC and Adam, especially if you're looking at mini-splits.

I received a huge water bill ( $767.00 ) from the Village of Bosque Farms and it was apparent that I had a leak...SOMEWHERE.! I contacted TLC to come out and see if they could come out and find the leak. First Jeff T***** came out and found the leak in short order using some sophisticated infrared and sonic listening devices to pinpoint the leak under the house. I needed a toilet in a small half-bathroom fixed immediately (before hosting 35 guests). TLC sent a plumber, Jerry M*******, out to my house immediately. Jerry was terrific!! He was courteous, knowledgeable, patient (as he took the time to explain things). I was delighted with the service and with having the problem fixed. Thank you!

My water heater was leaking from a pipe on the top, I called TLC and they told me they would fit me in as soon as possible but it could be a while. Just 20 minutes later Pete called to say he was on the way. Once on-site Pete confirmed the issue quickly. He explained what he was going to do, and also made sure I understood the step by step process and how the billing would work.
