Easy to book the service call. Tech called ahead and was on time for appointment, courteous and professional. He provided a clear diagnosis of problem, explained how to order warranty parts from the manufacturer at no cost to me. Once parts were received, he came back at no additional cost for a prompt fix and clean-up. Fair price.

I would like to thank TLC and their worker Doug for their services and for my first time using TLC services..., it was very professional and quick...I just had a sewage line clogged and within five minutes doug completed and cleared out the clog...He was very professional and answered all my questions...Thanks again and I will continue to use TLC.

As usual, TLC provided excellent service. I recently had a heating/AC unit installed. The "lead" person, Carlos R******, and his assistant (?) Antonio, were completely professional throughout the entire process, always keeping me informed of progress. They and their team worked very hard to complete the job in a timely fashion, with little or no inconvenience for us. Thank you!
Carlos and his partner were early arriving and did a great job finding out what was going on with my furnace. They got it running which was very important as temperatures have been very cold. "They did it all in one night" Christmas Eve. They really delivered. Thanks guys. Management should be proud to have 2 really dedicated employee. Raises are in order. ES

Shannon R****** from TLC came out on a SUNDAY to look at my leaking water heater. Although he had to get parts the next day, Shannon called me to keep me informed of the progress, twice, and showed up exactly when he said he would to fix my water heater. Shannon had excellent communication and gave great customer service. I would definitely use him again.
