The technician's schedule allowed him to call and see if he could come earlier than the original appointment time. He was knowledgable and answered all of my questions and explained a couple of different things to me. He was tidy and speedy with his work . We have used TLC for several years and have found them to be a company of intercity and good service.

Rudy M******** and Sheldon W*** were very professional . I showed them where the leak was and they told me what they were going to do to fix it. They went right to work and took care of the problem. I was very pleased with there work . Those two will go along way is this business . Thank You

Peter was pleasant, competent, and ready to follow the problem where it led, and fix it. He worked non stop, respected our home by wearing boot covers, and provided us with additional information that would provide further protection to our water supply. Keanu A***** and Michael S**** installed a new boiler heater system for us and the work was excellent. Both the removal of the old system and installation of the new boiler was a very challenging activity. They did excellent work and the quality of work was very good. They continued to follow up on the new system until all the issues were resolved. We highly recommend TLC and this individuals. Thank you.

Sam was prompt in his arrival, explained everything thoroughly before he got started and did the job (hydrojet cleanout of my mom's sewer line) efficiently and neatly. He was pleasant in his dealings with us and I would definitely trust him again.
