Always on time. Good communication letting you know when they are heading your way. Good work and professional people. They are usually able to respond to your request quickly. Shannon and Adrian were my guys and put in a pressure booster pump in the well pit. Explained everything well and were really nice guys. Have been building another house on my property dealing with lots of contractors. These guys were heads above the rest and a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend!

TLC is the best in the city, and Shannon is a great asset to the company. He did a terrific job. We have a well, and our pressure tank failed. Shannon was professional and knowledgable. He replaced the pressure tank, installed new plumbing and a new pressure switch. We are very happy with the job. Shannon is highly recommended. Thank you Shannon!!

Shannon completed a thorough examination of a water issue and provided us with other steps to to take to see what the problem might be. He was able to determine what the problem wasn't and then was able to solve our water problem and repair it for the quoted amount. TLC is the only company we use for our home problems and preventative maintenance.

We just can’t say enough about TLC. What a great company. This year one, they have saved us thousands of dollars by giving us advice on how to simply change a filter instead of install a new pressure tank system, fixed our torn-up ductwork, rescued us when we had a leak in our holding tank, and installed an amazingly effective and efficient a/c unit. They are our go-to for all our plumbing, heating, and cooling issues. We couldn’t be more grateful for them!

I started using TLC because the plumbers I had used for many years had a lot of employee turnover and the people I had a relationship with were gone. That firm came to do a seasonal change-over on my HVAC and tried to sell me a $14,000 HVAC unit to replace my current unit. The current unit had always checked out fine, so I called TLC and they came and checked it out.
