As before, TLC did a great job for me. Rudy was timely, courteous, and analyzed and fixed my plumbing problems to my satisfaction. He was also able to explain what he was doing to fix the problems I was having. Highly recommended.

TLC did a great job and plumber that came out was very friendly. He provided us the possible issues that could occur if installations had problems. No issues and he completed the job very quickly.

Shannon was wonderful. He was able to come, diagnose our water heater, and replace it in one day. This is saying something as our house is a 1970’s fixer-upper and nothing in our maintenance room was up to code. He brought everything up to code, replaced the water heater, explained all the nuances, and explained maintenance on the unit.
