Carlos R and his team installed a new furnace and air conditioner for me. Job went smoothly and I especially appreciate the time Carlos took to explain the warranty documentation and make sure I had instructions and phone numbers. In general, I've been very happy with TLC. The company is very responsive, they show up when they say they will, and they always give me an estimate before they start any job.

Santiago B. performed in less than an hour, what I have struggled with for weeks! He repaired 46 year old toilet (a good American Standard back then) and had the knowledge and expertise at his finger tips. Very pleasent and friendly, and I'd give him a 6 Star if possible! TLC is my "go to" company for my furnace and hot water heater, and plumbing needs. Reasonably priced with a "next day" repair call!

Great service! The technician, Oscar A., was here within two hours of my calling the company. He called ahead and arrived right on time, and got our problem solved quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and explained what he was doing at each step, and left his card in case we have further problems or questions.

The technician Scott S., arrived between 6:30 pm and 7:00 pm in the evening. Although he had been working since 7:00 am that morning, he was polite, displayed exceptional manners, and was patient and thorough in assessing the problems. He explained the results of his assessment, which was well documented with photographs. He was an exceptionally positive representative of the company.

Jonah C**** identified a problem with air conditioning and solved it quickly. He also showed customer how to change filters and how often. He was prompt and courteous. Very good job!

Will S***** did a great job on our plumbing issues. Cleaned out the shower drain and ran the camera for 20 feet to make sure the drain line was clear. Another plumbing firm from the builder did not put on the outside cleanout pipe caps, Will found where they are and put on the caps and made sure they are easy to find and not obtrusive. Will also fixed a slow leaking faucet. We are very pleased with the job Will did.

Recently we visited the TLC office for an appointment with Jay (Jason) to become knowledgeable about the Kinetico water softener system. Jay invited us into his office right away and was very thorough with his description of the Kinetico product. He answered all of our questions and showed us the sample unit. The pump on my swamp cooler went out yesterday when my outdoor thermometer said it was 105! I installed a new one this morning myself but unfortunately that didn't fix the problem. TLC got James out to my house several hours ahead of the estimated time on a Saturday - that was the first of many pluses. James was able to figure out and fix the problem with an odd old fuse box attached to the unit. He was very courteous and professional and got the job done in record time. I and my animals are cool again. Yea!
