Johnny R** S******* was the installer for my new water softener system, replacing an older unit. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and conscientious about the work performed and cleaning up as he went. I enjoyed speaking with him and he answered all my questions, some of which were not water softener specific. Will absolutely call on him for future work.

I called TLC for a drain issue on Sunday night and I asked for somebody to call me first thing Monday morning. I got a call from the office just before 8am and Tommy S****** called me saying he was 15 minutes out at approx 830am. He arrived on time, looked at the issue and said he would be accessing the drain thru the roof vent. He was courteous and professional in his work and communication and had the issue fixed in less than an hour. The price was reasonable and I will choose TLC for all of my plumbing needs.
