I called TLC about a clog just before 8:00 AM, and the problem was fixed by 2:00 PM. Joseph G. Jr called before he arrived, arrived when he said he would, and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Couldn't be happier with the response time or the service.

Doug was great! He kept me updated on when he would arrive, if he had to move furniture to reach the vents above, he put them back, he was very nice to my kids, he showed me what was in our ducts, and even helped me put my attic door back up just because i needed the help! I really appreciated him.
