Keanu and Simm arrived promptly at around 10 am. They called me several times to say they were on their way, though I didn't hear the phone. They completely checked out my furnace to be sure it was clean, well functioning and safe. They demurred at looking at the level of coolant in my refrigerated air compressor, saying it would be better to do that in the spring. Chico from TLC Plumbing & Utility installed a new Breezair swamp cooler on 10/5/2017. After removing the old cooler he had to do a complete sheet metal and flashing rebuild because of the extensive rust damage caused by water. Much of the rebuild was below ground level and up to where the metal duck work enters the house. Chico then installed the new Breezair cooler.
