Scott S******** is an excellent representative of what TLC has to offer. He efficiently did maintenance work on our central air conditioning unit so we are up to speed for the Summer. Upon completion he explained everything he did with the unit, changed our filter, left us with a positive feeling that all was well and encouraged us to call anytime should a problem arise. We have called on TLC many times over the years (both large and small problems) and have yet to be disappointed with their service.

Rob Dilger from TLC-ABQ did an excellent job installing our new RO water system, professional, on time and very knowledgeable. We plan to have him back in the near future to work on a few more plumbing projects.

Cliff S*** came today to hook up our air conditioning. He called before coming and was very professional and arrived on time, actually earlier then scheduled, which was even better for us. He took the time to make sure everything was working properly and explained what he did. 4/26/2018 Dave L**** just finished my frigerated air seasonal change over and he did an excellent job. He vacuumed the inside of the unit, washed-out the cooling coils, and tested the capcitator. Dave answered all my questions in a knowledgeable manner. He was well dressed and groomed. One thing he did that took me by surprise was that when he entered my house to get the bill ready, he put on red shoe booties to keep any dirt on his shoes from tracking in the house. TLC plumbing did a great job. I needed a high pressure toilet installed and Will S***** was very professional and cleaned up the mess. My parents have used TLC for years and now that I am back in Rio Rancho I knew who to call!
