I had a plumbing issue with my kitchen sink drainage I could not solve with simple measures and so called TLC. My service tech, Mr. Irvin Alvidrez, was punctual, professional, polite and extremely thorough. He was communicative about his progress and potential "next steps" if needed. My problem was resolved and I am completely satisfied with the service and price. I would easily and readily recommend Mr. Alvidrez and TLC for any plumbing issues.

Chad was great. He called before he got here. When he arrived, he reviewed with me what needed to be done. Then he promptly performed everything on the list. He fixed a number of problems with existing light fixtures and installed a new light fixture that I had purchased for the kitchen. Everything he did works great and all my lights are now working correctly. I have used TLC for plumbing problems before and been very satisfied with their work. Now I know they are equally good with electrical problems!

Adam A. was very professional. He arrived on time and was very through in explaining the results of the PMA inspection. In addition, he mentioned that our PMA service included an annual electrical and plumbing inspection which we never know about!
