My sink and garbage disposal blew up and it was tragic. Well not that tragic so I called a few places and one of them was TLC and I set up an appointment for early this morning, October 1, 2018. Doug showed up and he was professional and kind. Even my ferocious cat liked him. Re: TLC Plumbing & Utility I had a concern regarding what I perceived to be a very high bill for the straightforward installation of a sink (though in an excellent manner) by Mr. Leroy G*****. I subsequently spoke with Mr. Bodie Z******. He was very professional. After I explained the situation, he modified the cost of the installation to a lower amount. I was extremely pleased with the interaction and adjustment and will continue to use TLC in the future.

I recently had service provided by TLC; Douglas C. was my technician. He was friendly, competent and very thorough in his work. When he needed an additional piece of equipment that wasn't available that day, he explained what was needed and let me know he would be there the next day at 8:am, which he was. I have always been satisfied with TLC's technicians / work and Douglas C. was no exception. Thank-you TLC!

Rudy M******* of TLC Plumbing & Utility came out to our house in Corrales in August to check on a leaking laundry tub and an out of order toilet. He did an excellent job on both and was very willing to explain everything that he was doing. He was friendly and competent. TLC was very courteous and helpful to respond to my plumbing needs. The technician they sent, Mike J********* was prompt and courteous and fully explained everything he proposed to do for me. I was very satisfied with the work and fully recommend you to use TLC when you have a plumbing need.

When I called TLC, the respondent (Saul) was courteous and efficient. He promptly scheduled me for a service call at my convenience. He informed me the technician would arrive on the appointed date between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. The technician (Will S*****) called me at 10:05 to inform me he would arrive at about 10:30 a.m. He did.
