We had, what was for us, a major project in our nearly 100 year old house. TLC was absolutely professional throughout. Roman was on time and extremely professional from the moment he introduced himself. He quickly identified the problem, explained what needed to be done and finished the job quickly. At all times he ensured his workplace was clean and controlled. When he finished, he checked and rechecked to ensure there would be no further issues He is a great example of the professional technicians TLC has working for them

When my water heater went out this past weekend Chris R*** came out on Saturday. I live in a mobile home. That being said, there was no way for Chris to work on correcting my situation. We did talk at length about options and I agreed that replacing the entire unit was the way to go. I did not want to throw money at a quick fix on an old water heater. I had a great experience with TLC and Travis J. the plumber who did the work. Travis arrived when he said he'd be here and was very pleasant to me and my family. He identified the problem and immediately went to work fixing it. He explained the problem in terms I could understand and corrected the problem in a short period of time. If I ever have a plumbing issue in the future I'll be sure to call TLC and ask for Travis...........
