Will did a great job for us and was friendly and professional!!! I instinctively trusted him so that made it relaxing to have him in our home! He communicated with me as to details that I needed and asked about! We had never used TLC before but heard from friends/advertising they were Christian owned/ operated! We are Christians so that was helpful! Still I had heard they were expensive and I did not find that to be true! Rudy did an excellent job. He didn't push any extra work on me, but made helpful suggestions. Cleaned everything up when he was done and left everything the way it was. He did a great job and I'm very happy with the results.

I called TLC on Thanksgiving because of a flooding laundry room. Roman came out, listened and looked at the problem, knew exactly what the problem was and worked outside in the cold and fixed everything. He was so good! Before he left, he made sure everything was working properly throughout the house, gave me his card and told me to call him if we had any more trouble. I would definitely recommend Roman and TLC.
