Renaldo A. called when he was on his way and was here within minutes of the estimated time provided by the estimator Bryan. He and his helper, Jose, were very professional and explained everything they were doing thoroughly. They replaced my water heater and cleaned up after themselves without any nudging from me. I would give them a 5 star review and highly recommend these highly trained professionals.

TLC Plumbing Heating Cooling is 5 star service. They have made 2 service calls to my home the first for a water heater repair and today for a backed up drain. From scheduling service to the completion of it they are true professionals. Rich W. preformed the service today to unclog my drain, he was great! I had my water heater, furnace and cooler (swamp) replaced and went with refrigerated air. Everyone was very thorough in explaining the new system and very courteous. I was very impressed with their quality of work.

I would highly recommend TLC to anyone. They just finished up a sewer service replacement on my property, which turned out to be more complex than I anticipated, because I live on what is considered an arterial street, not an ordinary residential street. My furnace went out on Friday, 1/26 and when I called TLC in the late morning, I was told that they were booked for the day but could get here after 5 - at time and a half. Well, when you have no heat and it's going down in the 20's, you need heat. Well, the technician called me a little after 4 and arrived in about 20 minutes. We just moved into a new place and the kitchen sink was not draining well. TLC was called and I wanted to commend the quick and efficient service Santiago B*** offered us! He called us when he was on his way and after looking at the job, he realized he needed more parts. The office was closed, so Santiago purchased the needed parts from Lowe's in order to complete the job! Thank you Santiago and TLC!!!

I recently converted from propane to natural gas and contacted TLC. TLC responded quickly with a Tech and the work was scheduled. It was great working with their Tech's Terence and Mario. They were knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly. My questions were answered to my satisfaction and their quality of work was excellent. This was a great experience and I highly recommend this company.

We have had TLC service pro's to our home several times. All have been excellent. Yesterday Will Stuart worked on plumbing issues for us. HE WAS EXCEPTIONAL! Will had to work with old plumbing, lines and our faucets. He successfully assessed and resolved the problems. He was honest and diligent in the repairs, and kept us informed of the progress. I would have him back any time.
