Will S. is by far the best plumber that has ever been to the house in the 13 years I have owned it. Dealing with a house that is over 100 years old can be frustrating and Will would not leave until the job was done and done right!!

TLC installed a new furnace and A/C (refrigerated air) to replace my evaporative cooling system, and they did a great job. Carlos went out of his way to explain everything well, and he even replaced a faulty faucet for me at no charge. Great job, and all in one day!

We have had a slow filling tub for two years and have talked about getting it fixed for awhile, so we called TLC and they were able to send someone out in just a few days. the office communicated that Chantry was running a little late (they said between 3-5 and he called and said he was on his way at 3:30) he was very polite and used the shoe covers when coming in and out of the house. he worked continuously and replaced our mixing valve body. he tested it several times to make sure there were no leaks, gave us his card and ... read more

Will Stuart of TLC Plumbing provided outstanding service. TLC communicated promptly and clearly, as did Will, regarding the time I could expect him. He not only solved the problem I called about, but identified and fixed an additional, larger issue during the same visit - saving me the expense of replacing a dishwasher. He was courteous, informative and pleasant.

Mr. Melendrez was polite, answered all my questions and took his time to explain options and details of labor involved in replacing our water heater. His knowledge was evident and I felt I received my money's worth when he was finished flushing the water heater. It's unusual these days to have a comfortable feeling after paying for a service. Ralph with TLC plumbing was very professional. I was told my appointment window was between 1 and 3pm. Ralph called at 11:30 to say he was 20 minutes away. I was very happy that he was early, and he took the time to listen to me explain the problem. He got everything taken care of, and did a great job of making sure I understood what he was doing to correct my plumbing problem.

First of all I would like to Thank TLC Plumbing Heating and Cooling in Albuquerque NM for always being there for us. We got a water heater last year and the service was great. They worked with us and we got a very nice water heater. So when we needed to replace our heating system and air conditioner TLC was the one and only company we wanted to use. And it was great!!! The heater and air conditioner are so nice, but most of all the SERVICE!! Thank you Renaldo Apachito and TLC!!!
