These were rubbish... I thought I was getting a great deal - the price was good and the words 'High Yield' in the title fooled me completely..this is not OEM Brother - it is some very inferior product.. in very amateur packaging! Printer stopped working properly shortly after use Not sure if this is the fault of this ink cartridge or not however shortly after we began using this cartridge pages began printing with black smears all over them and I was unable to clean it off. We ended up purchasing a new printer instead of replacing the cartridge as the printer was the same price as the new cartridge.
Experience w BDtech I ordered a new Brother TN-360 toner cartridge from BDtech through Amazon and timely received it. It arrived in a cut-opened foil pouch, with the word "demo" handwritten on the box. I installed it and found the toner nearly empty. I emailed BDtech's Ben, who expressed surprise. Initially, Ben proposed a replacement and I accepted. Meanwhile, Amazon asked for a review. I told my story. For the MFC7440 OEM is the way to go We've had a MFC7440 for the past 2 years and have been very happy (we've since purchased 2 other brother mfc machines). I've purchased some "remanufactured" toner cartridges and have not been happy with the quality. The last 3 TN360 cartridges we've purchased have all work perfect. If your brother stops printing telling you it is out of toner, but the page quality was good, take a look at youtube and search for brother TN360, you can put tape over two windows and keep printing until the q... read more

Does not fit 2170W printer Despite what the description says it is too small for the HL-2170W Brother printer. Returned it. Looks like a solid product and it was packaged well but the product description here is wrong. I was stuck without an option to print.. Fortunately, reading other comments on Amazon yielded instructions on how to squeeze out hundreds of extra pages from the cartridge - one only needs to tape up the side windows to fool the sensor. Good The instruction is not correct. Need to figure it out by myself to install the cartridge. But after the cartridge was installed, So far so good.
Brother Toner Good pricing for mfg. toner. Quick delivery. Changed cartridge and used supplied pre-paid mailer to ship the empty cartridge. I'll be interested in the amount of usage the 'large capacity' toner offers.
Not a good Brother Bought this last year and at first I thought I got a bargain. So it was not an actual "Brother" product, but Brother compatible. I was willing to look past it if it worked well. It did for a while, but then the black lines started showing up everywhere! I would not buy this product again. Not worth the aggravation.
