WILL NOT WORK Toner rattles / sloshes. Sounds dry inside and WILL NOT WORK! I WANT A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND!
Last 2 of this product are not good We have ordered many of these toners and have always been satisfied with the product. The last 2 toners we have gotten are very light even being brand new. Not happy at all with them. I always order another one as soon as I put one in so I have a backup so we are past the return but truly not happy with them.
substituted a off brand 😫 It came in a Bother box but after installing it I noticed it was not a genuine Brother product! Very upset! Machine did not recognize it as a Brother product. Box code was inked out in 2 places!
Leaves big black mark on right side of paper This toner cartridge Is leaving a dark black mark on the right hand side of the page that I cannot figure out how to get rid of. The only option for product support was to call a phone number which I was on hold for 20 minutes and don’t have the time to deal with while I’m working.
LIES in product description. They send you a knock-off product The very product description is, and I quote, "Brother Genuine Cartridge TN760 High Yield Black Toner,1 Pack". Yet, this is the garbage they send to my home (see the picture). Now, I must waste time in my life to return this thing. I don't have time for this. Don't false advertise and send people crappy 3rd party knock-off when you advertise a genuine product. I can't believe the nerve.
Waste of money. Bought those in November with a new printer as a back up so I would have one when I ran out. Put it in the printer but there printer would not recognized it. I took it out and noticed when I told it back and forth it sounded like rocks were Rollin around in side. Evidently I have had it too long to return it.
The printer is great until you have to replace the toner VERY POOR instructions. After installation toner was all over the edges of my pages. Copies are now smudged and dirty looking. Such a disappointment after the printer scanner itself has been great.
Dried out and clumpy toner!!! The product was dried out and sounded like pebbles rolling around. The printer error no toner!! Disappointed!!
