It ran out of ink after 2 weeks of use. I normally do not like to leave bad reviews, but the ink did not last AT ALL. I wanted to reach out to the seller but did not have the option. I would like to return it for a new one if possible.
TRASH - Not Able To Use Does not work with Brother Printer. Stay Away From This Trash!
TN-760 is the right toner but my printer says wrong toner. I ordered this toner for a back up & I tried to install it in my printer today and it reads wrong toner. I would like to exchange it for another one or credit my account. Thank you.
Delivery Issue Hi. Product is fine. Delivery was not. Asked to have it put outside the door. Instead the delivery person knocked and interrupted a business session. Gave delivery instructions, but they weren't followed.
Expensive It aggravates me that Brother® is destroying the environment, and my pocketbook, by making inefficient toner cartridges. Why not make the toner refillable instead of making me buy a whole new cartridge every time. I've tried buying a cheaper version of toner cartridges and just didn't work out so well. They leaked, they didn't print well, and I ended up spending just as much to print as I would've had I bought Brother® brand. Overall, you'll be lucky to get 3,000 pages with this cartridge.
Will NEVER buy another from these guys again Imagine: Critical Job, not enough time .... Then Brother decides that my printer needs a new toner cartridge ... Of course, printer was working fine with excellent print quality ... and I was totally screwed Never again, not the B word
Leaking ink When i open box was full of black dust
No Way Near 3000 Page Yield This toner is supposed to provide a 3000 page yield. Well, that is not true. We got maybe 1000 or less pages out of our last cartridge and of course now the price is even higher. I'd try something else, but what??
Junk. I have to clean the dust out of it once a week so it will print normally. It sure doesn't seem like a genuine Brother toner. The first "genuine" Brother toner I used did the same thing, but I didn't know I could clean it and make it work again, so I replaced it after a few hundred prints. I'll be buying the 3rd party toners from now on. I think I'd rather get what I pay for, rather than not get what I paid for.
