Toner Cartridge Would Not Work. Disappointing and frustrating. I had bought this exact same product when I originally purchased my printer. This time the toner would not work. It was the right cartridge for my printer and I went through every possible troubleshooting suggestion on the Brother website. No luck. I had to return it.
Defective! I order brand new genuine cartridges and always order one in advance. Over 30 days passed before I opened this and put it in my machine. It is brand new and defective but Amazon will not stand behind the product because it was ordered over 30 days ago. I tried to explain that I do not open the box until I am ready to use it, buying the brand new genuine cartridge should assure me a quality product. Did not work. Printer not useable. Still tells me to Replace Toner cartridge. My printer is unusable. Please contact me.

Brother toner SHORT AMOUNT of PRINTING I bougtht this toner for a new Brother machine. I thought if I but Brother quality it will last. We hardly use the printer. It is 2 months and my machine says toner LOW
TN-760 No Toner msg when installing in HL-L2370DW. Mfr says buy another. Just outside 90 day warr. We just got to installing this cartridge, nearly 4 months after purchasing it, and the printer (HL-L2370DW) says "no toner". Previous identical cartridge worked great and I can still install THAT cartridge and get some more low-toner prints out of it. Sometimes I can get the new one print but then it errors out again. puts black all over the paper out of the box it produced pages with lots of black bands, moved the drum band button back and forth several times without any real change. if you print a half dozen pages then it starts to be pretty clear until the next time you go to use it and then it has black bands again.
LEAKED ALL OVER- PROBABLY NOT A GENUINE CARTRIDGE LEAKED ALL OVER
Not worth the money 💰 The toner we kept on hand for a month before we actually needed it. I changed it out and the new toner was dried up! I couldn’t print one sheet.
