This is our 2nd time using Tom Lavallee, both times has been great! He is always available to answer any questions and makes the whole process so easy and very painless. We will continue to use Tom in the future and I would recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a mortgage.

Tom is incredibly responsive and helpful. He is always available, no matter the time of day (or night), he patiently and clearly explains everything, and he always gets the best rate and terms (I have used him on several purchase and refinancing occasions). I would not consider anybody else the next time I am buying or refinancing, or recommending a lender to a friend or relative!

Tom and his team were amazing to work with. His team was very quick to answer any questions and to clarify anything. He seemed to be available every time we gave him a call.
The process was easy and they helped me all the way. Team was very nice and followed up with needed requirements. The only thing that was missed in my case was the amount of down payment. I was asking for 25% but at the end it was only 20%.
The moment I requested assistance with my refinance from Tom, he got all wheels in motion. Him and his team followed up with me quickly and processed all required data points for an expeditious loan process. The closing was quick and even in my own home. I’m very grateful for the excellent service.
