Tom was very helpful and courteous through out the process and answered all my questions patiently. He was available throughout the process, especially during evening hours which was very convenient to close my mortgage refinance faster.

Tom is very good at following up on things once you start the lending process, he would answer any questions and is available anytime. Guarantee ratehas very great rates and works really fast in completitthe entire process. I would also like to highlight the ease of online application which made me very comfortable. Highly recommend speaking with Tom atleast once while you are shopping for new mortgage or refinancing.

I had a great experience with Tom as my lender, in the beginning I felt we just had a professional lender borrower relation, but with time I realized he went above and beyond to help me fulfill all the requirements of the loan. I've shopped around and couldn't find a lower rate, on top of that they walk you thru the entire process with quick responses to any questions you might have, I have recently endeavor in investment properties and have used Guaranteed Rate for 2 different properties and one refinance and highly recommend taking advantage of their low rates and outstanding service.

Tom was just great as we refinanced our home. He was available at any time, answered all my questions, assisted through the underwriting process, and even called on closing day to make sure he could help if needed. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again for any loan.

A few phone calls and emails. A lawyer came to our house for closing. And we had a lower rate. We have been through several refinancings and this was easiest by far with lower costs! Tom and team were friendly and professional.

Tom and his team did an excellent job when we bought the house back in 2014. We just competed the 3rd ReFi and continue to be in awe. Interest rates are getting better every round and the overall experience is getting easier every time. Looking forward to Tom's next call for another ReFi.
