When I was looking around for a lender I asked my coworker if he liked the company where he got his mortgage and my coworker emphatically said "yes" which I thought was strange. I'm so glad I asked though, because working with Tom was a low-stress affair. He took the time, at any time, to make sure I understood every detail, he was quick to communicate and patient in his explanations. Also, he offered the best rate out of all the lenders I spoke with.

Tom is not only very knowledgeable and easy to work with, he ensures you as a consumer are educated on there process. Additionally Tom maintains vigilance as to your account in comparison to changing rates to ensure you get the best bang for your buck.

Several home loans for purchases, as many refi's, all through Tom and his team at Guaranteed rate. Every transaction is flawless, Tom is always available (we had quite a few discussions after regular office hours!), with patience and years of experience to provide guidance and support. This is the third loan that we have closed with Tom and every time it is just as flawless as the time before. Since I have already closed 2 mortgages with Tom, he has made the third one pretty easy and hassle free. He is always reachable and gave me a better rate than the market price and without paying any closing cost. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will continue to use him in the future.
