Tom and his team did a great job......again. Tom has done multiple refinances and purchases for my family. Each time, it seems to get easier. Whenever there is a rate change that is to my benefit, Tom reaches out to me and we review our refinance options. If you need any help with your lending....Tom is the person to see. Tom was great to work with. He responds quickly and you can reach him any time day or night. We shopped around, and he had the best rate by far! Our realtor said he's never seen anyone beat his rates. The loan process and closing was very quick and easy, especially because you could submit most of your documentation directly through their app. I would highly recommend him.
