Throughout the mortgage process (my first) Tom's been attentive, patient, helpful and extremely quick to respond to all matter of questions and helping figure out alternative options. Even long after the mortgage changed hands Tom was happy to answer questions and facilitate fixes to to anything that came up - even on nights/weekends. I couldn't have been happier. I've since left Chicago but can promise you my next mortgage will originate with Tom.
