I was a first time home buyer, and Tom couldn't have made that stressful process any easier for me. He walked me through every step of the way, and patiently explained every detail to me no matter how many questions I asked, and I asked a lot of questions! Tom was available whenever I needed him. I was able to call him with any questions and being a first time home buyer, he made me feel comfortable with the whole process! I loved that everything could be uploaded online. It is very clear what you need to do and upload and what the next step in the process is. I would highly recommend Tom Lavallee to any first time home buyers who want a supportive lender!

We worked with Tom on a home purchase, he was always available to help us out and answer all our questions. His rates also came in far below 2 other companies and ethe whole process went very smoothly. Even after our close, Tom has coninued to make himself available to us for any questions or help we needed. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will continue to use him in the future!

Tom has been the person I trusted to help me with my Mortgage for over 20 yrs. Each refi lowered my interest rate. The last was 2013. Today I called him for advice about getting a mortgage on a house i own. He explained why it would be better to get a home equity line of credit and sent me contact info for a person who handles that type of Loan. I trust Tom to alway do right for his clients

Tom kept in contact throughout the entire process. He is always reachable. You know that he values his clients. I’ve worked with Tom for over 10 years. Tom is fair, honest and a hard worker. Everyone is important to Tom. He is a good person. I would not choose to work with anyone else. Tom and his whole team are exceptional.

I hate bureaucracy & banks & filling out forms. I hate it & find a frustrating waste of time & that most people in the finance world do not understand, or refuse to understand, that people who are not in the mortgage industry really do not have clue what mortgage people are talking about.
