My wife and I have worked with Tom on two occasions to refinance the mortgage on our home. Tom made the entire process very smooth for both interactions. We got the best rate we could qualify for and we walked away feeling like Tom did everything he could for us. Also, he is very proactive and reaches out to us periodically to see if we have any lending needs or to let us know when rates are favorable. From the second i called Tom to try and pre-qualify he was always there step by step. He called me almost everyday to make sure all my questions were answered whether it was after his usual business hours or not. He was on point on everything and everything went extremely easy and stress free. I would definitely recommend Tom for a lender.
Tom's team came through with a strong finish. We were difficult customers who requested to change loans with less than two weeks to go after already being cleared to close, they were able to to match the best rate we were quoted and get a new loan together on a short time frame beating the best rate we were quoted.
