We have worked with Tom over the years on our mortgage and he has advised us very well after reviewing our information. He is very thorough and works very quickly. We have completed 3 transactions with him at this point. He proactively reaches out to us to make sure we have the best rate but does not push to refinance unless there is a true value in the change. We would definitely refer our friends and family to him and will go to him first for any future financing needs!

Tom responds very quickly to any request; any time I needed an advice he was responding almost immediately. He was able to get me a very competitive interest rate and the loan closed perfectly on time.
Tom knows this process well and is top in the class. He has automated the process and is very simple to do. I do electronic signature of the pages and only have to fax copies of about a dozen documents and they take it from there. If I leave a message, I hear back quickly and with answers I understand. First rate!
