Tom and his team were great to work with and made the process as easy as possible. The use of DocuSign made getting forms signed and returned simple and organized. The team was always a step ahead and would reach out to make sure I was getting done what needed to get done in order to secure the loan and to be prepared for closing.

tom helped us do a refinance and a great rate. definitely use him again and recommend him to family and friends. we went from a 30 year to a 15 year and payments were about the same knocking off 7 yrs on the mortgage.
