Tom has been the person I trusted to help me with my Mortgage for over 20 yrs. Each refi lowered my interest rate. The last was 2013. Today I called him for advice about getting a mortgage on a house i own. He explained why it would be better to get a home equity line of credit and sent me contact info for a person who handles that type of Loan. I trust Tom to alway do right for his clients

Tom kept in contact throughout the entire process. He is always reachable. You know that he values his clients. I’ve worked with Tom for over 10 years. Tom is fair, honest and a hard worker. Everyone is important to Tom. He is a good person. I would not choose to work with anyone else. Tom and his whole team are exceptional.

Tom and his team were great to work with. They made it very easy and convenient for me to refinance. If I ever have to refinance or purchase a new home again I will definitely be using Tom Lavallee at Guaranteed Rate.

I hate bureaucracy & banks & filling out forms. I hate it & find a frustrating waste of time & that most people in the finance world do not understand, or refuse to understand, that people who are not in the mortgage industry really do not have clue what mortgage people are talking about. Throughout the loan process Guaranteed Rate makes everything so easy and painless. It is the only way I will ever get a loan again. All the paperwork is docusigned or uploaded to their secure file system and you never have to leave your house. I have used them on several purchases and refinances and it has always been so easy.
