He is really the best, he reacts super fast to any request or question you have. He is very efficient and makes things happen! if you want things to go fast and simple you should work with Tom

We have worked with Tom and his team for over 15 years with several home purchases. He is extremely diligent and helpful in finding the best rate to fit our needs. The process for accumulating documents is easy and his team has great follow up. He followed our deal from contract to funding. I can’t say enough about how easy he has made the home mortgage process through the years!

Throughout the mortgage process (my first) Tom's been attentive, patient, helpful and extremely quick to respond to all matter of questions and helping figure out alternative options. Even long after the mortgage changed hands Tom was happy to answer questions and facilitate fixes to to anything that came up - even on nights/weekends. I couldn't have been happier. I've since left Chicago but can promise you my next mortgage will originate with Tom.
