Tom and his team did an excellent job assisting us with our mortgage process, from pre-approval to closing. The rates and closing costs were well within our expectations and he constantly followed up with us to make sure everything kept moving along. And he helped us refinance to a lower rate in January 2018 by letting us know rates had dropped and making sure our closing costs were minimal. We would definitely use his services again.
I have worked with Tom on 4 different transactions over the last 10 years including 2 new purchases and a couple of refi's. Every time, Tom and his team have been awesome. They do a wonderful job of communicating, leverage technology to make things easy and fast, and do an outstanding job of following up. Our lender provided funds we requested without incident. Guaranteed rate funded the mortgage refi and was sold to another bank. We close the mortgage in about 3 weeks, the title company came to our home and we were very satisfied with the process.
