Tom's customer services is unlike anything out there. Tom was always on the ball and getting back to us asap. He is very knowledge and the best there is!
The application process and document submission were all on a well designed website. The application process was quick and painless. My rate was competitive and Tom was very knowledgeable and accessible in the entire process.
Tom and his team were extremely helpful in the whole loan process. What's even more impressive is the follow-up and "checking in" that's occured years after the fact. We have worked with Tom over the years on our mortgage and he has advised us very well after reviewing our information. He is very thorough and works very quickly. We have completed 3 transactions with him at this point. He proactively reaches out to us to make sure we have the best rate but does not push to refinance unless there is a true value in the change.
