Tom Lavalee and his staff are incredible. Outstanding customer service, follow-up and communications. Everyone on his team are extremely competent and Tom is also a true pro. Tom has closed 3 of our loans and I will always go back to him as long as he's in the business.

Tom has helped us refinance a few times in the last 9 years. His rates are always competitive and he will always work with you to find the best option and to find something that you are comfortable with. He does not proceed or allow you to proceed until he feels you have all the information necessary to make an informed decision. Tom has helped my family to refinance on several occasions and I would highly recommend his work. He is the most responsive person I have ever dealt with in this industry and is very easy to work with. Of most importance to me, I have also never seen anyone beat Tom's rates and I have shopped around several times. You are in good hands if you use Tom for your purchase or refinance.

Thought of putting my positive experience on net to help future home buyers in making right decisions about broker/lender selection.
