I have been working with Tom for 18 years. He always provides great service and the best rates available. His team is second to none and the experience is always easy and painless and I have saved thousands of dollars working with him.
Tom & his team are as good as it gets. I refinanced to a 15-year fixed loan a month ago, and the process could not have been easier. Tom's team were fantastic about following up on all details, and even went so far as to schedule a closing where they came to my office to sign the documents. His rates were extremely competitive, and given how easy this was, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
Tom is extremely responsive to any/all inquiries as is his staff. I was never left waiting or wondering what was going on. The entire process was easy and convenient.
