I have refinanced several times now since moving to Chicago. In just under three years I've gone from a 30-year loan to a 15-year loan. Tom Lavallee and his team are extraordinarily responsive. They are also efficient and make the process easy and quick. I recommend without qualification or hesitation.

I have never in my life had this kind of professional service. Tom and his team (Jourden and others) provided an A+ service in all aspects of the mortgage process. They were responding to my emails 24hrs a day, guiding me through the entire process. It was very efficient and pleasant experience. I HIGHLY recommend this crew.

I have used Tom and his Team for many years for new purchases and refi's. Tom follows through from day one until the final closing. He's always behind the scenes makes sure the loan process is moving ahead smoothly. He's ALWAYS available day or night for ANY questions or issues. Tom & his team are as good as it gets. I refinanced to a 15-year fixed loan a month ago, and the process could not have been easier. Tom's team were fantastic about following up on all details, and even went so far as to schedule a closing where they came to my office to sign the documents. His rates were extremely competitive, and given how easy this was, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
