Our recent sale/purchase was a dream thanks to Tom and his staff. Every other person involved ie lawyers, real estate people were amazed at how easy and thorough our mortgage was.Tom and his knowledgeable staff are always attentive, thorough and customer friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my mortgage needs than Tom and his staff.Sometimes you worry about referring business but I'd never worry about Tom. A true Pro!

Tom Lavalle has been my go to guy for more than 15 yrs and always took care of me whenever there was an opportunity to lower interest rate. Tom Lavallee provides Proactive, responsive and timely efficient service, keeps me well informed and answers my questions clearly as I am a detail oriented person. Tom Lavalle has been my go to guy for several years now, ever since he was recommended by my financial adviser. We have closed one purchase and two refinanced loans over the past 2+ years. Tom makes refinancing easy. I have refinanced my home utilizing Tom's services many times over the past 10 years and the process has always gone smoothly. The use of electronic uploads and closing in your home after my work day has made the process even more convenient. I have used Tom for three home purchases. His team is extremely well organized and Tom is both knowledgeable and diligent in his follow through. In my most recent closing in September, 2015, both my Realtor and attorney commented on Tom's excellent communication and preparedness throughout the process.
