I have used Tom twice to purchase a home and this time to refinance and he never disappoints. He is easy to work with, extremely thorough and follows through in expedient fashion. Tom and his team made refinancing easy with a step by step process outlined and they were available any time I might have needed assistance. I have recommended Tom to others and will continue to do so and continue to come back if the need ever arises again.

Tom Lavallee and all of his team were a pleasure to work with. They are very efficient and professional, closing my mortgage in less than 30 days from start to finish. The fact that Guaranteed Rate had the most competitive rate and fees in the market was certainly an added bonus! With employee credit union denying the home loan, guaranteed rate was able to give me loan at a reasonable interest rate even with just 5% down. Tom has a focus on providing value to me as a customer. If he knows of a way I can do better than the programs he can offer, he advises me on how to get the better deal. Not everyone can say that about their mortgage broker who just wants the close so he can get paid.
