I was shopping to refinance my home and had two offers at comparable rates. When my attorney suggested I call Tom I said that I already had Rate quotes, but when my Fedex driver also recommended Tom ... two people from different towns who did not know each other at all! I decided to give Tom s try. Good thing too, he beat both the other offers by a good margin. He was also always available day or night for any questions I had. I highly recommend Tom.

Tom worked his tail off to help us get started, and finished, with our loan process. He was always accessible, and I mean ALWAYS! Tom Lavallee has always explained things very well and his services have been very good. He will go over it & over it if you are having trouble understanding any part of the loan process. I have used Tom twice to purchase a home and this time to refinance and he never disappoints. He is easy to work with, extremely thorough and follows through in expedient fashion. Tom and his team made refinancing easy with a step by step process outlined and they were available any time I might have needed assistance. Tom Lavallee and all of his team were a pleasure to work with. They are very efficient and professional, closing my mortgage in less than 30 days from start to finish. The fact that Guaranteed Rate had the most competitive rate and fees in the market was certainly an added bonus! I also appreciate the fact that there is a local office close to my home so that I did not have to email or fax private information. I was able to drop off documents without being inconvenienced.
