Tomorrow (for natural gas) shows up to your house and will tell you that they will be cheaper in the long run because of the fixed rate. But if you look closely a few months in you see the rate they give is twice that of everything else even though it is fixed. And I'm sure they know this because they show up in October so the rates kick in when winter begins and it's to late so you get the rate for most of the winter months. I would not sign up for this. They came to my apartment, which is a secure building. We have no idea how they got in. The guy scammed me so fast. I have emailed to cancel and will be filing a complaint with the PA Utilities Commission. I also called my gas company supplier to let them know I do not want to switch. This is a total scam.

The same thing happened to me with this company yesterday. Said that my electric bill has increased and I needed to switch back to this company to save money. After I got my bill to review, he had me call a third party verification and when they called me back, he told me to tell them that he had left, which he didn't. His name was Clinton Brown. I have an ID# for him. After reading the reviews listed here, I want to cancel this service and will not pay the early termination of $75. This is very very deceptive and dishonest.... read more

Sweet looking young girl is knocking at my door, a little after 5 PM. she said she was here to do my energy audit. Since my provider hadn't said anything I let her come in and let her tell me about the deal. i told her I wasn't doing anything until I talk to my provider. I had her write down her name and phone number, as she had just given out her last business card, knew right then it was a scam to switch me over. I sent her on her way. and my next call may be the police. I am old but not stupid in the least.

I just emailed the company about an independent contractor showing up to my apartment and offering to save me money. It was very unprofessional. I thought she worked for you guys and it wasn’t until she left and that I had already signed up that her business card stated she was independent. The solicitation was extremely uncomfortable and I am distraught over feeling like I was just scammed. They changed their name from Sperian Energy and increased rates to more the double rate without popper notice. Avoid at all costs..

Incredibly deceptive and coercive. Dude said he was here for an inspection of my bills because of complaints from the neighbors. I stupidly let him see my gas and electric bills. I asked him to clarify and all he told me to get my bill because it says on there that he was coming for this inspection. Obviously it doesnt say that on the bills at all. He gets on speaker phone with some customer rep to enroll in me in something he didn't explain whatsoever. Gets my account numbers for gas and electric utilities. Then he says the... read more

This is a scam. The sales guys lie about the numbers. I switched and my bill was higher than before. Am switching back.

I do not use this company and a Man came to my door telling me to find my current Electricity rates and was very persistent. I am a single woman who lives alone and this is unacceptable. Do not invade my privacy and solicit your product.
