I live in a community that strictly forbids solicitation of any sort. Signs are posted and police are notified if in violation. Your agents have scammed their way onto the property by giving false information to the Gatehouse for entry. They have been warned numerous times by Community Management to stay off the property. They come late afternoons and when Management is off property. This is a 55 and up community. Had the same thing happen to me around 530pm my step son answered the door. This guy didn’t not give me a card or introduce himself at all. He told me that everyone in the area had to switch over to tomorrow energy and we would be getting better rates. He proceeded to look in my house and ask about if my dog was ok since she was barking at a stranger?! He asked me for my utility bills took pictures of them and I told him I was not ok with him taking pictures of my personal information. He proceeds to get on the phone with I ... read more

After researching, this company is questionable. I do not wish to proceed with the transaction and am within hours of contact, well within the 3 day grace period. I have emailed and will be calling both Tomorrow Energy and my usual providers.

I had a knock on the door in the early afternoon. I ignored it since I work late at night and don't get up until later in the afternoon. Got another knock later in the afternoon. Ignored it. When I opened the door to check my mail, the girl from Tomorrow Energy saw me. She said she HAD to look at my energy bills to make sure I wasn't paying so much. I said, no. I'm fine. She said she was required to check my bills, so since I'm still waking up, I let her in. She got the information from my bills online, but as she was doing ... read more

Tell your telemarketers to stop calling me. I get a call every night at 6:00 pm from the same guy with an Indian accent telling me I'm paying too much and am entitled to $120. refund from BGE. I've told them I'm not interested and am on the "Do Not Call" list. They say I'm not or they wouldn't have my number??? When I persist that I'm not interested they call me a b***h - then I get the same call the next day.

These people are shady, and going to file a complaint with the PA public utilities commission. I had one of these sales people at my house, and said I'm paying too much with my current provider, and it turns out they are the ones overcharging customers. Don't open your door when anyone comes and ask to see your bills. This is bull crap.

I had a large man and a sleezy lady named Kim show up at my house. The large man yelled, "Don't shoot, I'm the good guy." They then proceeded to ask to see my electric and gas bill as well stating that the neighbors were complaining about having to pay too high of a rate. They then said that because our utilities are coming from Ohio that they could switch us to getting it from PA. I copied and pasted this persons review because I had the exact same experience!! Had someone show up at my house at like 7:30 pm asking to see my energy bills to let me know if I’m paying too much. He looked at my bill for half a second and told me I’m paying way too much and that he’ll set me up so I get one set rate instead of the normal flex rate I’m paying.
